The rules
Product safety
Discipline. pieces are finished and sold under our name, so we are the manufacturer for EU product-safety purposes (Regulation (EU) 2023/988). Contact point for product safety: DynamicDigital sp. z o.o., Aleje Jerozolimskie 181B, 02-222 Warszawa, Poland, hello@discipline.fashion.
The garments are made by Stanley/Stella from their organic cotton blanks and printed or embroidered by us in Poland for each order. The hoodie has no drawcords. Care instructions are on the label in each piece. Keep packaging away from young children.
Images
The product and lifestyle images on this site, including the photos of the founder, are digitally generated or edited with AI tools from photographs of the real garments and of Yves. They are made to show what your piece will look like, and we keep them as true to the finished product as we can. Small differences in colour shade, print size and position are normal for pieces printed one at a time.
Intellectual property
The Discipline. name and wordmark, the designs, texts and images on this site belong to DynamicDigital sp. z o.o. or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, write to us first; we will do our best to fix it. If we can't agree: Using out-of-court dispute resolution is voluntary for both sides; if we can't solve a complaint, we will tell you whether we agree to it. Consumers can get free help from their local consumer ombudsman (miejski or powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów) and can use mediation or the permanent consumer arbitration court at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection in Warsaw (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej w Warszawie). The Polish competition and consumer authority UOKiK lists these bodies at prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre of your country can help for free. More in section 15 of the terms.
