Shipping and delivery

Nothing is printed until you order it. Your piece is made for you, then it leaves us within 7 working days.

One flat price per package, however many pieces are in it. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The countries we deliver to are the ones you can pick on the payment page.
We ship with DHL and email you a tracking link when your parcel leaves us.
Our delivery commitment
If we can't send your order within the time we gave you, we email you before that date with a new date. You can then cancel for a full refund, paid within 7 days, or keep the order. In every case we deliver within 30 days of your order unless you agree to a later date, and if we don't, you can cancel and be refunded in full. This follows the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the US FTC Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Customs, duties and taxes
European Union
No customs, no extra charges: the price you pay at checkout is the full price.
United Kingdom
We don't deliver to the United Kingdom for now.
Switzerland, Norway and other non-EU European countries
Your parcel goes through customs. Import VAT, any duty and the carrier's handling fee may be charged to you on delivery. These are not included in our price and we don't collect them.
United States
Since 29 August 2025, all parcels entering the United States are subject to customs duties, whatever their value. Duties, tariffs and any carrier brokerage fee are charged to you by the carrier on delivery and are not included in our price. Our garments are made in Bangladesh and printed in Poland.
Rest of the world
Import duties, taxes and fees set by your country may be charged on delivery. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.
If you refuse to pay the charges and the parcel comes back to us, we refund the pieces, minus the shipping cost there and back that we actually paid.
Address, delivery and lost parcels
- Check your address on the payment page. Once your piece is printed we can't always change it; write to us straight away if you spot a mistake.
- If a parcel returns to us as undeliverable or uncollected, we'll contact you and re-send it for the shipping fee again, or refund you the pieces.
- If your parcel is lost, or arrives damaged, tell us. Once the carrier confirms it, we make it again and send it at our cost, or refund you. Risk only passes to you when you receive the parcel.
